Cairo-4 days Day 1: ARRIVAL () You will be met at Cairo Airport your escort will assist you with immigration, luggage and customs, and then take you to your hotel. Day 2: CAIRO (BL) Breakfast at hotel. Full day tour to Giza to visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops which was built by manual labor. It is the largest of the three main Pyramids and it is the only survivor of the Seven Great Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which is the best preserved, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion’s body stretching 45m, with its paws 15m long. Lunch at local restaurant. Learn how paper was made in the ancient times with a visit to the Papyrus Institute followed by a short visit to a Perfumery workshop. Continue to the famous Egyptian Museum with its 100,000 objects covering 4,000 years of ancient Egyptian civilization, including the treasures of Tutankhamen.Then to Khan El Khalili Bazaars . Overnight in Cairo Day 3: CAIRO (BL) Breakfast at hotel. Half day tour to Citadel, Mohamed Aly Mosque and Old Cairo, including lunch. Return to your hotel. Overnight Cairo. Day 5: ASWAN (BLD) Breakfast on board. visit Edfu’s beautiful preserved Temple of Horus, the best preserved of all large Egyptian temples and built by the Ptolemies. Sailing to Kom Ombo, visit the Temple of Sobek the crocodile god, conveniently situated on the riverbank. Sailing to Aswan. we enjoy a sumptuous Oriental Dinner and dance all night away to the Egyptian Galabea Party. Day 6: ASWAN (BLD) Breakfast on board. Start tour of view the Aswan High Dam and then, in contrast to its impressive modernity, we visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, rising from the waters of the Nile.Lunch on board.
